What about pooping everywhere?
She has been fully flighted for many years, so she flies around and knows where she is permitted to land. In my experience GCC's don't poop that much ... definitely not as often as budgies ... and the mess isn't bad. And somehow I trained her without really trying to poop on command before she comes out of her cage (although she will go again outside of the cage later).

Personally, I love Green Cheek Conures. I have hatched and hand fed babies from the egg. I don't own one currently but would in a heart beat given the opportunity to get a hand fed one.

They are sweet little birds. My roommate had one and it didn't seem to realize that my Amazon was like 6x bigger than him, so he'd land on his cage and they'd socialize, but then he'd push him around. It was sort of cute, actually...

My parents have had one for about seven or eight years now, and he's a little cuddlebug - so was my roommate's. They were both very aggressive about snugging, always landing on you and trying to nuzzle you. Easier to handle than a lot of other parrots, by nature. I'd love to get one...
