You'll be just fine here! Noticed your name....we are from Maui ourselves. We miss the ocean, trade winds, island vibe everyday but would not give up the peaceful lifestyle that is found here in Idaho with all the open spaces. Not to mention paying around $1,000 for a 4 bedroom home compared to $3,500 in Maui for a home half the size! Aloha!

No problem at all.....I know how life can take over the best-laid plans occasionally. Give me a holler when you're closer to knowing a day to arrive, and we can meet up to talk 2 wheels! Meanwhile, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

SoBro.

OK I just made that name up, but I mean it to be "South of Broadway". This area has so much potential. Yes, a lot of it has been built out, but the area along ParkCenter is ideal for retirees. You are close to the river and greenbelt, and still close to downtown.
