Can you negotiate with the management company to lease at the price you're paying right now? I would try that first, and kindly stress to them that this is a tough, time-sensitive situation for you. If that doesn't work, you can suggest splitting the difference: ask the management company to lease at $50 extra per month, instead of $100 extra per month. That might work for everyone.
