Law enforcement is trained to "shoot to stop"- not to shoot to kill or wound. Stopping the threat is the intended outcome. Shooting "center mass" is the most effective way to achieve that outcome.

No, that's not what it means. It means what it means. Not to mention that shooting a leg doesn't always equate to wounding them. Someone can bleed out very quickly if the wrong artery is hit. Head shots are sometimes appropriate when dealing with terrorists. Point is, the goal is to immediately stop the threat. It's not about engaging in "target practice" and hoping for the best, and it's certainly not about murder.

Worry about taxes.
The only point you’ve made is that you don’t know what you’re talking about.

I just can't believe one person gets 5M from the city out of this...right it's all the city of Boston's fault. Let's have the taxpayers pay for it. Because that's pretty much how it works.

Yes, that's what always bugs me. Whole city, thousands of families are paying for something they haven't done. I remember George Floyd case. 27 (?) millions payout to his family. How many schools could've been improved, and yet...

It's crazy. Yet somehow some black people I guess feel vindicated by this (as BBMM does).

Waste of money.
