Hey everyone! I hope you can give me some good advice b/c I've heard Bostonians are the best!
I am looking into applying for a great teaching job in Southborough near Rt. 9 and the Mass Pike. and I have nooooo idea anything about places to live, cost of living etc etc etc. I currently drive 20mi/30 mins to work each day here, so I wouldn't mind having to drive a bit/or ride rail.
I currently live in Virginia Beach and pay $925 for a 2br/1ba townhouse. I know most housing up there is Apts and Multifamily houses which I'm cool with. Do you think I could find a decent place to live, doesn't have to be big I'm cool with even a 1br/1ba for max $1000/mo that takes dogs?? I'm think a private landlord would be my best bet...
I'm a SWF, 25, and like outdoors and being social and all that stuff. I was able to walk to grocery, mall, etc etc when I lived in Miami and would love to do that again!
Thanks for all the help wonderful people! I've read a lot of threads on here and was hoping ya'll could give me some adivce! Happy New Year!!
