We have 9" of snow this morning and it is coming down fast. I've seen reports of 7" in Boulder and Lousiville on the NWS site. How much do you have where you are?

On Walnut Street we only have about 3"-4". Longmont is about the same. Are you snowed in?

I just measured 10"... not snowed in yet. Up here we don't consider anything under 2' snowed in.
Ski day tomorrow for sure!
My husband drove to Boulder for work this morning. He just called and said there is a chain law restriction in place for Boulder Canyon. I would prefer that he come home soon!

We didn't get any, but we DID get the fiercest windstorm in 40 years out here. Our streets are masses of broken branches, fallen trees and massive power outages. Still wish it would have snowed, though....

Saw that on the news last night q... hope you didn't sustain any damage.
We now have a foot of snow. Thankfully it is very light and fluffy.

(ps thanks Mike or whomever for the better subject title)

A foot! Oh how you tease.... no damage here, but we're still without power since 11pm last night. Crossing fingers freezer contents survive if we don't open the door....

When the snow ended early yesterday evening we had 13" of beautiful, light, fluffy snow. It's a perfect bluebird day this morning! And the inversion puts us 12 degrees warmer than Boulder. See ya later, I'm going skiing!

Ow! Right through the heart. Twist that knife. Me, we're still without power, schools still shut, and the freezer contents now shot.

Oh, q that stinks! Sorry to hear that! Still no power? (been there, done that, bought a generator)

I will then refrain from waxing poetic about my lovely morning @ Eldora.
