Hi

My family and I recently relocated to Louisville from the East Coast. We found a good pediatric practice for our infant daughter, (Cornerstone Pediatrics). However I need a doctor for myself (basically I need to get a new prescription for my cholesterol medicine). Can anyone recommend an internist or family practitioner? Louisville would be preferable, but if they are good, I would not mind traveling to a neighboring town like Boulder, Broomfield, Lafayette, or Superior.

Thanks
Steve

Yes, Cornerstone is a good pediatrics office! We use Boulder Medical Center at Avista for Family Practice. As a health practitioner, I am reluctant to recommend docs.

I like Dr. Brad Anderson at Family Practice Associates in Louisville. Their number is 303.673.9090. His office is in the Avista complex. He's a good listener, no nonsense kinda guy.

Re: Brad Anderson: Hi, Thanks for the tip. If he is on my insurance plan I will give him a call.

Hi Pittnurse: Thanks for the practice recommendation. Looks like I have a recommendation for a specific doc so I will probably try that first.
