Why have we not seen this in the local news.
another JonBenet Ramsey investigation? Why are they stalling the investigation. Clearly the authorities are not motivated that over a Billion Dollars of real estate went up in smoke

The Boulder County Sheriff has said it could take months to figure out a definitive cause, and he's openly acknowledged they're investigating on the property owned by Twelve Tribes (along with other areas nearby).

Given the amount of potential lawsuit dollars that will come flying after the investigation wraps up, I'm not surprised they are being very diligent about the research. I'd wouldn't call that a cover up, I'd call that proceeding with caution.

The class action complaint, filed Thursday in Boulder County District Court, lists an unnamed married couple — “John and Jane Doe” — as well as Eldorado Liquor and Eldorado Enterprises as plaintiffs.
Attorney Avery also informed Boulder County that it might be sued over the chance that the fire was caused by an underground coal mine beneath Boulder Open Space, according to CBS Denver.
Boulder County officials have not determined the cause and origin of the fire, and on Thursday announced their investigation is expected to take several more months.
