Was not present at the time of lease signing, i Never isgned but my name is on the lease with 2 other people (companies, owners)

I just Wanna know what my legal rights are, Two friends of mine were opening a retail store in a mall. my Name is on the lease but i never signed it, I was not present the day the other 2 girls sign the lease, Am i still responsible?

If the lease is in the name of the business, and you are one of the owners, you will be held responsible regardless of whether you signed it. Most companies have one person responsible for signing leases, not every owner or shareholder. If it's just in the names of the three people, then you would be required to sign it to be held responsible.
