Hi everyone, I have been hearing lately about credit repairing companies and the amount of work they get in their business. One of my cousins is running a credit repair business, I have talked to him about the business but, I need more information on this so that I can start my own credit repair business. Please do suggest your views on this!!!
What a scam. Quite clever though, log on under one name, them spam your questionable business under another name in "response". Spammers are getting trickier.
Make absolutely certain that you are incorporated and that you carry several $Million in liability insurance.
Basically, you answered your own question. If you have to ask for "more information on this" to start the business, then you don't know anything about credit repair.
There is a federal law governing credit repair you know.
I'm not going to tell you what the law is, because if you don't know, then you shouldn't be involved in credit repair.
If you don't know what you're doing, you could get sued in federal court for violating the law.
