I am here in the Philippines. I have worked as an RN in manitoba for 3 YEARS. I finished my contract and went back to my country to take care of my sick son. Last year my employer gave me a job offer and apositive LMO and the canadian embassy in manila refused my visa. They wrote that Iam not qualified for the job. I was not able to appeal because the LMO expired. Why do they have to tell that Iam not qualified its the same employer and i have my previous work and that my employer re-hired me because I have good working relationship with them. Myemployer was so disappointed. Do you know what really went wrong? When is the best time to apply again for work visa?any suggestions to make on my next application?
