In yucaipa the yvwd (yucaipa valley water district) was discussing about the rate increase due to AB32 & they act like its going to be a large increase. They are thieves anyways so i dont trust them one bit even though they claim to oppose the rate increase.

This idiocy was right up there in my book with the ongoing wave of plastic bag bans, and the advent of the "new style" trash and recycling pick ups whereby you mix all your dry recyclables in one bin, landfill stuff in another (very small) bin, and a disgusting mixture of "compostables" including even meat in the third bin. We are back to the slime buckets of the Middle Ages.
