Unless they set it up in NV or AZ where it will cost less?

Oops they are already in AZ and NZ, so no need for a CA site.
Two unsubstantiated statements, care to provide evidence for your assertion?
Businesses don't like Nevada as the lack of infrastructure costs them money.

There are Walmarts distribution centers in AZ and NV not [Z] so, there are none in CA?

Can we say grasping at straws and making stuff up?

You are in such a hurry to attack.

They are setting one up in San Bernardino.

And nothing to make up as they have a couple in AZ and NV so I guess they have no issues with either State.

Oh I have learned many things from Liberals.

That is why I am neither a Liberal or a Conservative. I learn from other peoples mistakes.

Right. Always choose, and encourage others to choose, the tax-avoidance option ... which is, tacitly, the same as cheating the system by depriving it of its necessary revenue -- revenue to serve the public. Very civic of you.

I've ordered about $1,000 from them in the last two months. Glad I got my fairly major tech purchases for the next year or so out of the way before the deadline (and no, I didn't plan it that way). I'd rather keep that 80 something bucks in my pocket, thank you.

I believe Greece is another country where a lot of people engage in tax "avoidance" or evasion.

Amazon is setting up house nearby in san bernardino. The revenue the state gets will help pay the public servants salaries, benefits & pensions. Who really reports all transactions done on amazon or any site that dont collect sales tax to the state of ca ? I mainly buy from amazon marketplace but i have bought a few things directly from amazon incl a few cds & a stereo turntable stylus needle. Amazon charged me $5.00 for s&h just to send a tiny needle. I wont buy directly from them again.

I fail to see how it is cheating if he is simply doing business as the process is defined.

I assume Warren Buffett completed his income tax return according to the law. He says people as wealthy as him should pay more taxes. But Buffett instead chooses to follow the law and pays no more than required. Is there a difference?
