It isn't just too many people. It is also brain dead politicians and voters who think they can have it all by raising taxes. Nope, doesn't and can't work. Many years ago, I considered incorporating in Nevada. I thought about this because so many of the wealthy in California had done so. They incorporated in California to avoid taxes, but, they remained living in California, because they liked the place.
