I think that apestosos is close to asbestosis and find that kinda funny.

I also find your translation to be a bit shaded, haha.

That's what I suspect, but you might not want to use that word around here. (FYI: Even though my own wife uses that word and she is Cuban.)

Anyway, there are no laws about people coming with houses in California. As I suspected, those people were all wrong. Current owner has agreed to "evict" Mr. Marcellis before the April closing. I say "evict" but it isn't really evicting, is it?
