Yeah well it doesn't seem like anyone really believes that. If they did, land on the water would be cheap <chuckle>. The ones who believe that are the ones who cannot afford it.

LOL, so Rising sea levels only affects CA? Oregon, WA, Hawaii, Alaska, TX, Florida and the rest of the Coastal states are protected by a magical barrier that protects them from rising sea levels.

If you read the articles you will see it will impact the West coast worse than the East coast. CA,OR and WA are not exempt from the problem. Some areas will not be impacted like Costa Mesa , Palos Verda or LaJolla due to the cliffs they rest on. But Newport and all the coastal Beaches will be.
