She has paid in the past 2 months in a row paid pg&e. Not anymore. I'm on permanent disability & all my money gos to rent. My 2 sons are suffering & it breaks my heart. You're both on a month to month? Contact the landlord. Give 30 days notice and move out. If she doesn't want to move out the landlord will have to go through eviction.

Your other option would be to talk to the landlord and have him/her evict your daughter.

She can't do that, as that would cause her to lose her Section 8, which is subsidized rent.

You have 2 options. 1: Go to see your section 8 caseworker, and with his/her assistance have him/her evict your daughter from the unit, due to her working and not paying any rent, or what ever the 2 of you come up with. 2: Get your landlord to help you evict your daughter.

Your daughter does not have to know you arranged for the help to get her out of your rental unit, telling her it the fault of the other people, not yours. Can help save a little of you and your daughters relationship.

I dont understand..Why kick her out? Are you expecting someone else to come in and pay their fair share? Are you trying to punish her? Why must she pay for the entirety of your portion of the rent, shouldnt you split it? Can she pay for her own food? There are many ways to handle this, kicking her out seems to be the least best option. Is there anymore to the story? Is she doing illegal activities that are not good for your family? Take control, she is your daughter, at the very least, if you cannot afford to pay for her food, then dont.
