I thought jerry brown was going to balance the California budget.
That's the promise he ran on.

And, by the way, Brown not only balanced the budget but did it with a surplus.

He delivered. CA’s budget is already balanced. Also, you need to be more up to date with the news. The California budget crisis was more than a decade ago.
