Ok here's a stupid question. Is the area rain fall like on the Oregon Coast still getting its annual rain fall like on the Oregon Coast, or is it in the drought too. Thanks. Mark

Looking at Eureka and Crescent City, it appears they both are at 10" to 20" below normal for the water years, so yes the drought is affecting them too.

Yes, we are in extreme drought here, so dry that the grasses are brown, normally we stay wet enough to stay green all year. The past two summers have been exceptionally dry and warm, we have not had a winter in four years, no snow at all this year.
