Even those born in America choose to stay. I would think a guy from the Bay Area would move to Texas where he could buy 3 mansions with his money.

If white people can't afford it how does everyone else manage to stay there?

I don't know anyone raised in the Bay Area who would want to move to TX. Why would anyone want 3 mansions, lol! The Bay Area natives I know, including the millennials, are happy with what the Bay Area has to offer. You couldn't pay them to move to TX.

Actually, there are LOTS of people, mostly from LA, SF and SD moving to Austin in particular. Great city, lower taxes, lots of Tech jobs and A LOT more home for your money.... Still love California though and I may move back (lived there years ago) in the next 2-3 years..

Could this have anything to do with affirmative action ban?

Family and combined income.

It's not unusual for Asians to stay together and live with extended families, probably no different with South Americans.

I know people who have three generations living in a household or those who bought a 2 bedroom house that now has 4 bedrooms. Some people just make do and compromise to not have to move.

Could this thread have anything to do with racial trolling?

That is true. But if you look at how ethnicities from other parts of USA MOVE to California as opposed to leave california you can tell.

I know Indians from all over move to the Bay Area, same with Asians to socal. Besides some whites moving to LA to become famous, the netloss in california is evident. Especially to places like Oregon and Texas.
