They might. But that seems unlikely if the home was sold because it was unprofitable to the previous landlord.

You honestly should try to be a landlord one day, before you try to speak about how it is to actually be one. I'm not the only one calling you out for that in this thread either.

I hope so, you owe me a post where ANYONE said rental market prices are determined solely by property taxes.
