There is absolutely no way rhat this stupid law will stand up in court. It is none of the government's business who serves on a company's board of directors. That choice is up to the company's stock holders.

I think he passed the law, knowing it is too flawed to be upheld by the courts, so that something else couldn't be. Otherwise...why bother, term is done, there's no re-election.
