Give me a break. He did not THROW that cat. He tossed it about 3 feet, and if you know **** from shinola you know it landed on its feet.

Oh and he had a beer. At home.


I swear this world has gone mad.

Was he doing a good job on the planning commission? Maybe voted consistently against projects that people lodging complaints put before the commitee?
