I live in a mobile park, appx 1400 sq ft. It's my partner and myself, we work all day, and I feel the prices I am paying for the utilities is high. On the average I pay for electricity $125-150 I dont have a/c and my heat turns on 3-10 per month during the winter. Natural gas $50-95, (I have a gas stove and dryer), water is $20-50, sewer & trash $75 per month.
Can anyone who lives in a mobile park, tell me what they pay monthly? Are my averages normal or high?
Thanks

Take a look at your bill to see how much electricity you're using. Also, how much nat. gas.

water$15 usage 4
sewer $80
do these prices and usage sound inline with the norm for a mobile park?

Has your park changed ownership in the last few years? Any change in policies? What about repairs to utility service lines; who pays for that?

Watch out that your park isn't taken over by a Real Estate Investment Trust. Fees will go up, services will be cut, residents will be stuck with more of the maintenance costs, if a REIT gets ahold of you.
