A massive and notoriously mischievous black bear has been captured after more than a year on the run following a string of break-ins in California.

I can't believe that they're sending her to one facility in Colorado and her cubs to another in California.

"The Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue in Petaluma will care for the cubs in hopes of reforming their bad behavior and releasing them back into the wild."

Because they know so much better how to raise cubs rather than leaving it to mama to straighten her unruly kids out.

I would normally agree to keep the bear family together, but in this case, I think the cubs will have a chance at a longer lifespan if they're not trained by Mama to break into houses. People will shoot bears who break in, & a natural diet is healthier too. I hope the cubs will be released back into the wild.

5 documented times I have been left to deal with the aftermath of Hank…

Twice destroyed 500 gallon propane tank connection venting contents and twice destroyed cabin doors and damaged interior and once pulled off siding…

Always in winter when cabin winterized and zero food on premise…

55 years zero bear issues and then Hank takes down the neighborhood and local police say don’t harass the bear and bears are natural to this habitat.

Don’t know, the Washoe tribe presence reaches far back…

Let the bear go, and put a bear cam on her to see what mischief she is up to. Put it on YT and make some money.
