Hi people, there is a question that I have and would like it to be answered. I have been thinking of real estate investing and I know that this is one of the better ways to indulge your money. But, there are still a few things related to real estate that need to be sorted out like how do the profits build up, what are the ways to go about this….and some more. Would you please help me to know more about real estate?????

Attend free seminars, read, and familiarize yourself with the market from an unbiased source (most news outlets are becoming less the case). Those are great steps to becoming an EDUCATED investor

Do a search on Amazon for real estate investing books or visit the local library. Stay away from the late night infomericals although entertaining they are not realistic. If it sounds too easy it most likely won't work in the real world.

Borders has a whole section on these. The best book on investing:
The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller. The book is blue. This will get you started. If the book has pictures of Hawaii, sports cars, money or hot women, steer clear.
