See this article (link below). For those that think we that live here either don't really live here (and are making this stuff) or are just whining take a gander at this article--grades of F's and D's that dramatically affect our quality of life. Fairly grim it says and I can't agree more. But I guess one would have to live here to understand.

90 hours a year is that all?? My husband spends about 1300 hours in traffic a year!! Yeah, that impacts our quality of life!!

They need to do something about it cuz it's spreading to AZ (a suburb of Cali) and I'm about to move even further just to keep as far away from Cali as possible.
