I am finishing up my last year at the University of Ottawa and I want to continue on to teacher's college. Since the employment outlook for teachers in Ontario is pretty terrible I was thinking about doing this in a different province. I need to live in an English area, a "big" city (minimum 500,000), where the employment outlook for teachers is good. suggestions on university's would be good too! thanks
Having a new teacher in the family, in Ontario, I can say it wasn't too hard to get a full time high school teaching job. What is more a challenge is finding acceptance at a teachers college!
