Building a custom home have many benefits. we have flexibility in design for both current and future needs, we can choose products and materials used to build our home, we can keep control on our budget requirements and/or restrictions. They are movable & suit to our budget & is good investment for future also.
but still people are unaware about Rtm why?
I had to look that up. RTM is an acronym for "ready to move", also know as modular/pre-fab homes or as double-wides. Typically they are not as well built, depreciate, and many cities do not allow them or have zoning restrictions.

No
Modular/pre fab homes are completely different from ready to move homes. Rtm homes have much greater durability than pre fabs.
