You don't actually have to be convicted to be deported. It depends entirely on your class of visa, and what it is you've done.

"We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture. We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked," reads the petition, placed on the White House's "We The People" site. "He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nation’s youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society."

Well agree Bieber is stupid for putting people at risk by his reckless driving and driving under the influence which is just as serious here as it is there and he gets punished but come on Charlie Sheen , Lindsay Lohan are just as bad plus from the generations that grew up with Rock and Rap hop where Ice-T made Body Count and sent tipper Gore into a crusade to put restrictions on the age and the type of music that could be played.

I would say the early 90s with the height of Rap and the end of the 80s rock and Grunge to the mid-late 90s where Britney spears and the backstreets boys where making music that was generic and only the underground music is any good these days the mainstream music is to stop kids to have any real thoughtful insight into Real and major issues that are going on around us and well back then Rap and hip-hop were very political and telling people that type of stuff that was going on I mean the music back then scared politicians into doing something to put in measures to prevent access to information or anything that may be controversial.

Which was to prevent access to new real and talented artist that had something to say and thus if Justin Beiber is the most dangerous worrying thing then as a Canadian we will take him back and then instead of hearing about him on the news we get back to talking about real issues and problems..

plus if he moves back to Ontario he will take a back seat to Rob Ford who gets WAY more attention in the media and he actually runs Canada's largest city and makes political decisions that effect people and he is not trying to create a image to stay in the headlines and on TV and online when Ford is trying to stay out of those situations.

Mindless drones get their collective panties in a wad over a guy like Beiber but ignore chit like this:

Examples of Serious Crimes of Illegal Aliens

Report: Illegal Aliens Released by Federal Gov’t Committed 19 Murders, 142 Sex Crimes | TheBlaze.com

ICE Says Murder of Mother in California by Illegal Alien Could Have Been Prevented

All examples of illegal aliens who entered illegally were at some point captured or arrested, released back into the community to then commit a horrendous crime.

Gives one pause when one considers the intelligent President of today ORDERED the release of thousands of them because of the last budget crisis impacting the ability to feed them while in jail.

By all means punish this spoiled brat and toss him, if you deem that appropriate. Citing his bad example to youth as the reason however, you'd better consider what message you're trying to convey as opposed to the one the rest of the world observes with you virtually ignoring 12 million bad examples because they'll mow your grass for you cheaply.

He seems to be another young person having trouble entering adulthood, which is hard enough for someone growing up out of the limelight. Apparently, it's a syndrome afflicting some individuals and others are immune. I think it is nearly impossible for those of us far removed from such a life to truly realize how difficult it is: Surrounded by people bowing and scraping to whatever the idol indicates as wishes or wants. Their perception of life has to be severely skewed.

I would doubt he actually has a green card. He's likely on a performance visa.

one thing Beiber is a great distraction to the major issues with the drug cartels where that is the U.S. Mexico border and I feel sorry for the people living in Mexico because not only the U.S. but Canada Refuse to help our change our policies a lot of things esp. the war on drugs that is literally a war.

Mexico Border War - Live Battle! Unbelievable! Nov 5, 2010 5:30 EST - YouTube
This should be all over the TV but it's not....Heck Listen to the rate and type of fire...not Iraq or Afghanistan but right across the U.S. Mexico border.

I mean the video is unnerving and tragic and yet Bieber gets all the headlines and the real stuff that should be broadcast is not and you know what sad is that Mexico gets the worse part of the not having stuff like this on the news since I think we should be trying to help Mexico and alot of it has to do with our war on drugs policy that after 40 years the war is has gotten out of control and we turn a blind eye too.

So
