every case is different, but ALS slowly and methodically started paralyzing every part of my wife's body.
It was sad to see what she had control over one day, she lost control of the next.
The lungs was what ALS saved til the very end to paralyze.
Every ALS victim is different, yet the same.
It appears Cyn has a very good handle on caregiving and is doing a lot more than I had to.
I just had to care for the wife.
I truly admire how she handles a plate so full and I am sure in the future she will look back and say.........." how was I able to do all that "?
Hang in there...........prayers are always with you two.
Caring for your wife would have filled up a plate all by itself, seems to me. But having the care of loved one with ALS, and everything else that Cyn manages to do in addition to that, well, I don't know how she does it either....
I'll add my continued prayers to yours and everyone else's for Cyn and her DH.....
With our high humidity, it's hard to breathe for a normal person, much less with someone with ALS. It was really bad yesterday and will be today too. Hope you can stay inside today Cyn. (((hugs)))
