Cyn, maybe if and when the time comes and your friend does move there, maybe you can approach your hubby as the friend being here, doing things for YOU, so that YOU can devote more time with HIM, as opposed to taking care of the animals, keeping the house clean and even helping with the ebay business. Not in your shoes, but have been involved with some heavy duty care taking and I think you will need just as much help as he does. It is cold and gray here in GA.

Just having a friend here would be amazing--but not worth making my DH feel second--and he might--but I agree with time it may be approached carefully...will see if and when that time comes. Thanks for your input--I appreciate it.

And when all else fails just remember Gods plans for us will unfold when and how it is meant to be, whether we agree or not. But when you look back it becomes clearer. Of course that does not make today any easier.

Just for today take note of little often missed joys that come your way! The sound of the birds, the sunrise, the sunset and the sound of your fur baby's purr. If we look hard enough anyone can find beauty and peace amidst heartache and pain.

Good morning friends!
Crazy wild weather here--ice pellets all night and now pouring rain not to mention lots of wind. Just wicked weather! Then my phone started beeping because it wasn't on the hook and the battery was getting low--that was at about 1am and I freaked out thinking it was my DH's alarm on his breathing machine! Took me forever to get back to sleep so this will be a long day. We have to go to the store as we are getting very low on necessities. So when this rain lets up we'll try to get out and do a little shopping I hope. Hope everyone has a nice day!

I just spent the entire morning looking for my owners manual for this phone and just finally found it. Guess it wasn't beeping because of a low battery but maybe one of my cats bumped the paging button on the phone in the den--at least that is all I can figure. I just know it scared me to death because that is how the breathing machine sounds when there is a problem. It is still pouring rain and we are watching the fields flowing with small streams everywhere. I feel like a cat on a hot tin roof--so uptight!
