Funny, I have a jar of coconut oil sitting on my kitchen counter! I have read about all kinds of health benefits from it, but got lazy about using it (I was spreading it on toasted English muffins instead of butter). Need to start using it again, as I am at the age where I'm starting to wonder where the line is between ADD and early dementia.
