I do some therapeutic exercises every morning and whenever I experience some pain. In the last six months, I developed a thigh (quadriceps) strain and these have worked great to restore the leg to the point where there's no pain. The injury is a result of being pulled down whenever I'm lifting her to an sitting position in bed for a transfer and she aggravates my hip/thigh area by grabbing the bed rail to pull me downward. I can't always use the bed sheets to do the lifting so I'm vulnerable when I have to lean over to execute the adjustment in her bed position.
