FYI

I recently bought 2 cat trees online, one through WAYFAIR, one through WALMART. (or the co has their own website...for viewing them). Even had free shipping.

Over and over I reviewed all the info etc. Because of how they appeared and were described, chose this brand.

Was pleasantly surprised when they arrived:

Very well made, EASY to put together, worth the money too...much less that most in stores. I know some of you can build your own, or have someone that would, but not me, so this was a great choice.

And quite attractive...not the cheapo carpet but a carpet that resembles a berber, and several support poles with the twine they love so much.

My 3 felines are loving them...

I bought one directly from the company a loooong time ago. I also Googled for a coupon and got free shipping or money off...can't remember which one now.
Myself and the felines have been VERY satisfied with the Armakat tree!

They are very well made. I have three from Petco, two are quite large multi-level and several from PetSmart. At least 99.9% of scratching are on these cat trees. I've already had to replace the cardboard scratcher on one. They literally ripped it to shreds as they're supposed to.

Only one has the faux fur. They hang out on it but don't use it for a scratcher. However, the legs are wrapped in sisal rope so they're working them over.

I purchased this one for my cat. She ignored it for the longest time as a kitten but then she finally decided one day it was ok and now, 3 years later, she hangs out inside the condo part, watching the birds. I have it right by a window and she loves it. If I were to buy a new cat tree I would get a taller model. This one is pretty short.

When I was a kid, my brother was in a full leg cast for quite a while and all the cats loved scratching on his cast. We all thought that was a great novelty.

But then fast forward about 30 years, and my forearm was in a cast and my little elderly cat (now a little Bridge Angel) decided it was the perfect scratcher for a little old lady. She was so disappointed when it was removed.
