People let their cats outside unsupervised and they become a nuisance to the neighbors. The neighbors take matters into their own hands. The cats suffer for it. People need to keep their cats indoors where they're safe from mean spirited annoyed neighbors, cars, dogs and other predators, disease and parasites......
