This is why exercise is important, especially weight training. Lifting weights tones your muscles, and gives the body some shape even as she loses weight. If Kirstie had been lifting weights, she wouldn't look so "lumpy".

And before the anti-lift people join in, I am not talking about bodybuilding. I mean lifting moderate weights (whatever moderate is for Kirstie) several times a week.

When she was huge, she was doing "heavy lifting" every time she got her fat.ss up from a chair, wasn't she? I think she swallows her last mate after sex like a praying mantis...then she gets huge.
