I hope she is eating healthy. Looks painfully thin in photos. She has probably one of the most gorgeous faces I have ever seen. It's probably the stress getting to her and the pressure to look good. I hope she doesn't turn into a tragic story like Princess Diana.

She follows Dukan diet which is low fat. I personally think by middle age her face will be ruined because of it. Already she has a lot of wrinkles and looks very gaunt for her age- not good at all.
Why all these threads lately saying such horrible things about thin women? So many of you preach "all sizes and shapes are beautiful" but a slim woman "ewww gross, eat a sandwhich skeleton".
I think she looks great, a few pounds wouldn't hurt but I don't think she's sick looking or unhealthy or anything.

I have to disagree. For her height which is 5'10'' she is just way too thin in my opinion. She could use 20 lbs for sure. The link at the bottom may not be the best but it does show a woman who is painfully thin and NOT healthy. Someone with her height should be more like 138-145. Brooke Shields who is an actress comes in at 5'11' and weighs about 152. Kerri Walsh, an American volleyball player, comes in at 6'2'' and weighs about 154 with a very low bodyfat and athletic body. Kate has been estimated by some as weighing somewhere around 115.
She is a beautiful young woman and an asset to the Royal Family.
I, too, worry about the stresses she must face. I like to think, though, that she is more prepared for this life than Diana was and that William is a different husband than his father was.
They are certainly an attractive young couple who seem to have an ease to their relationship that I don't think his parents ever had.
I find nothing extraordinary about her looks. I see women who look like her every day. Dime a dozen. In fact, she looks like your typical cashier at Target. She looks pretty skinny, but I never gave her body a second look at any time.
This young woman is overexposed and IMO quite forgettable.

Jealous people who don;t have her looks body and who may be over weight will knock a knockout woman.
when i see posts like this I asks them show me or tell me what you think is a healthy body type. they eiether DONT post back or they suggest a celeb who is a bit chubby or not in shape. HOW IRONIC
