Interviewed on the red carpet at the Kentucky Derby she said she is still telling everybody who listens to get your final plans in order now. She said she feels good remains symptom free was very upbeat with hubby by her side.
I always thought that she was a good role model for those of us who were coming of age in the 70's. She is still a wonderful role model. It would be nice to see Rhoda aired again. Hopefully, she is pain free and is able to live the rest of her life just as she wants. She seems to have a very devoted family.
I hope she continues to hang in there. Just because the doctors tell you something does not necessarily make it so. At least not exactly. No one is born with a visible expiration date. Only time will tell and this very brave lady is making the most of today without worrying about tomorrow. That takes courage.
Have not heard anything new, but now she is pushing well past the time doctors said she had to live. I wish only the best for this lovely woman. Anyone heard anything?
