Growing up this was one of my favorite shows. I recall being very excited when Joe Namath was making a guest appearance. Very sad to see Florence Henderson leave us. RIP.

According to a report she was perfectly healthy with no signs of illness before she was hospitalized to only pass away the next day.

While it is alarming she was taken so quickly, it is good that she was not sick for a long time to suffer.

Alcoholic dad, mom left when she was a pre-teen. Didn't stop her from being all she could be.

Last of ten kids too.

Her parents were something else for sure.

I read her dad was 71 when she was born,
he was born during the Civil War ! ....can you imagine that!

Lovely looking lady her entire life, great voice too.

I was going to post on C-D that she was looking better than Maureen McCormick,
Which is really saying something as Maureen has always been a looker in my book.
