I should have been more clear. I mean actors who aren't superstars or widely known as having "it." This is a more personal thing. Just how certain performers "hit" you.
But the best thing I like about Hugh Jackman, like you said, is that supposedly he's a really nice guy.
I just realized, this could come across as pretty insulting to these celebrities. lol
Something about the guy, he's got a rough mug on him, no movie star looks at all. He also has an average shlub kind of thing going, but for some reason I like watching the guy. He shows up in random roles and I'm always pleasantly surprised when he does show up in things.
I also like Sandra Bullock, although she's a pretty big name already though. Kirsten Wiig is another one that seems like she's got something going for her
