He is such a treasure. I remember watching reruns of The Dick Van Dyke show when I was little and laughing at his physical comedy - he really connected with audiences of all ages.
He's had quite a career. I also look forward to seeing the tribute program.
Oh, he is so blessed. So blessed to be still razor sharp at that age. I never want to live that long. Never.
But!
If I do find myself still hanging around at that age, I want to be like him.
He’s amazing. When ever I see him being interviewed, he always seems upbeat and happy. Add that along with being a dancer most of his life helped keep him in shape. Ohh, having a wife 46 years younger than you might add to keeping you youthful.
I like his attitude, glad to see he's still ticking. Mary Poppins!
A couple years back I realized Carol Burnett was still alive. I thought she had died years ago, sorry to say. She had her 90th birthday this year and there was a televised special celebrating all of her work. I thought that was nice and I enjoyed her life story.
This is my favorite Dick Van Dyke video EVER, and he was 90 when he did it. Showcases his dancing, his humor, his great shape, and his loving marriage.
I, too, never seen him as a comedian or a funny actor but still, his positive energy and youthfulness is definitely awe-inspiring.
I am happy he is doing well at his age!
