LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Bob Anderson, who played the young George Bailey in the Christmas classic "It's a Wonderful Life," has died. He was 75.

Anderson died Friday of cancer at his home in Palm Springs, his wife, Victoria, said Saturday.

My heart just sunk!! One of my all time favorite movies!! We are losing so many from that generation and before. Soon, they will all be gone. Very sad thought indeed!!!!!! I just used "Hehaw" in a post today as a matter of fact. What appropriate timing!! He shall be sorely missed!!!!

i agree. my wife loves that movie. she got me watching it. i know we are losing everyone that we grew up watching in movies and on tv shows. hehaw i haven't heard that in along time. i don't think to many of those people are left.
