Well to be fair, I have seen her on other BBC shows like Graham Norton and they talk like that, its just how British TV can be.
I also didn't see her getting kicked off the show. What kind of idiot staff would bring her on a show with no delay and NOT warn her?? Hello, its Joan Rivers for heavens sake.
Where was the audio tech? Delay or no, if you're doing a totally live show, your audio tech's finger had better be poised directly over the mute button. Especially if you have a guest on who's known to let one slip every now and then. To her credit, she gave them a warning. I blame audio .
True, British/Irish/European tv is full of F*****g anything frankly, sometimes while topless and tasteless and worse. What I like about our tv here is that it runs from the unforgettably superb right down to the gutter (pardon me, the f*****g gutter) and everything in between.
Hearing that Joan had been booted or reprimanded or whatever was a shock to me. I think she's hilarious. And Mr. Crowe does come across as....a bit cranky. When you look at what Graham Norton and Jonathan Ross et al get away with.... wow.
No biggie, trying to watch those women is like trying to pull your eyeballs out. Unlike the ladies of the View I don't find them funny or entertaining...just a bunch of crappy menopausal women trying to out do each other. They should have had a 7 second delay, after all she warned them.
