Simple question. I have been looking on yahoo and they all cost. Im not going to do that. If I have a number is there anyway for free I can find out who it belongs to?
Do you have the cell phone? Are there any contacts in there? Call several of those numbers and see if you can reach one of her friends or family and exchange information on how you can meet up with her to give her the phone. Then they will get in contact with that person or may even give you a number for you to contact her yourself so you can meet up with her to give her the phone.
Do you mean you have the phone? See if there's a contact listed "home" or "mom". That would ensure you got it to the person. Work...little less likely, but possible.
