Windows 7 ultimate cannot be run on cellphone so there is absolutely no good reason to download it on one.

I use 3-4gb/mo on my phone without tethering. I do the whole public transit thing so ~3hrs of my day is watching videos or reading stuff on my phone. Plus I have my work and personal emails pushing to it, and day-to-day I use it more than a PC some days.
