On most Wikipedia pages with a table, the table's right side is cut off (I have Android 2.3.5). I've tried zooming in or out or scrolling and it doesn't help. Is it on all phones or what?

All these guys are spot on.
Each manufacturer has tweaked the stock browser for Android around the Gingerbread builds (2.3). By default though, the website is letting the server know that you are a mobile device (string).
So if you look in the browser settings, there might be a 'desktop mode' setting in there. This should give wikipedia and any other website full coverage. If not, there are some very popular browsers besides the stock version that many users have. Dolphin, Firefox, Opera, Skyfire. Give them a shot as they have many customizable features.
Good luck

For Wikipedia specifically, you can also branch out the bottom section, and select the "desktop" link to go to the full version of the website.

In the ICS stock browser, it's the menu physical button then select the checkbox that says "desktop view".
I wrote a good review (stellar, actually!) about Dolphin on http://GG.GG/solutions123 You don't need to go through all those ICS steps on Dolphin; just tap on the faded dolphin on the bottom corner then swipe a custom finger gesture. So easy. And to think, Dolphin is to my knowledge (SCMIIW) an incarnation of Safari - ay caramba. Normally, I distance myself from buddies of the fruit company. But Dolphin is too good and useful. I keep it on desktop mode and I also use the ICS stock browser for certain viewing in portrait.
