All new plans, no matter who the carrier is will slow you to 128KBPS.

AT&T's new unlimited after 22GB is subjected to throttling on congested towers after that threshold.
AT&T's Mobile share value plans will slow you to 128KBPS after you use your high speed data.

T-mobiles new One plan is the same way, the difference is, it is much harder to reach the threshold as everything is almost stream free anyway. ( congested towers only)

Sprint will throttle on their unlimited freedom once you exceed 22GB as well. (congested towers only)

Verizon with their safety net will slow you to 128KBPS after you reach your High speed data package, unless you top it off with more high speed data.

My guess is that for the vast majorits of people unlimited plans are not relevant.

We were paying about $130 for two phones for unlimited data (not really unlimited if they slow you down IMO) but they wanted to increase price by $5 per phone. Needless to say we opted out. The money we saved more than pays for our home internet.

I have never been throttled on my Boost unlimited. I think I usually run upwards of 80 - 100+ gigs per month. I don't have a television so I watch a lot of Youtube and Hulu on my phone. I pay $55/month. Well satisfied.
