I don't like Galaxy phones so I'll defer to someone else if you're sold on that (for twice the price).
I still think the V20 is the right play for you. Yea, it's big but I promise you after a month of using it you're going to wonder how you ever used such a tiny phone like your old one before. I PROMISE. I was JUST like you. I HATED big phones. HATE HATE HATE.
I got a phone that was a lot bigger then my previous one. Had it for 2 months and had to sent it back for a repair so I temporarily went back to my old phone. I was floored but how much I hated it. Couldn't wait for my new one to get back. There's a reason phones are getting bigger...

That's what I have and I'm liking it a lot. Bought it used, but absolutely flawless on ebay for $150. Prior to that I had the V10 which, for some reason, I prefer over the V20 (I don't know why). I only buy phones that have the easily replaceable battery. I have an older Samsung note4 that I used for a long time with no problems also. I always buy used 'cause I'm cheap. I've had good experiences with all the used phones I've bought.
