I missed your question about Mr. Number. I used to use it but my newer phone now has call blocking built in. It's a feature of Android but it will not block texts. Truecaller does. I don't have a need for it but I installed it on my wife's phone and it does seem to do the trick. The only catch it that you have to use it as your dialer and messaging app.
Now we have 2 threads? All these apps have a free trial, man, just try one. In the time wasted here you'd have an answer.
And if Mr. Number DOESN'T offer a free trial...well then don't trial it.
